About me - Mary Eldridge

Hi, I’m Mary — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, BIPOC Therapist, online trauma therapist, and creator of the Boundaries Reset program.

I’m passionate about helping women move beyond guilt, self-doubt, and people-pleasing into a life filled with clarity, confidence, and freedom.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of supporting hundreds of survivors of interpersonal violence, people-pleasers, and perfectionists who simply felt exhausted from always putting others first. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to set healthy boundaries — especially when guilt, fear, or shame get in the way. But I also know this: boundaries aren’t and shouldn’t be walls. They’re doorways to deeper self-respect, healthier relationships, and a more authentic life.

That's why I created Boundaries Reset — a 8-module, trauma-informed program designed specifically for women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or guilty when they try to advocate for themselves.

Two hands reaching each other, Boundaries Reset

Boundaries are how we convey to others how we want to be treated, what we’ll accept, and what we won’t.

They are the tools we have to build healthy relationships, where YOU and I can, simultaneously, be honored.

Boundaries Reset isn't about quick fixes or surface-level advice. It’s about understanding the deeper roots of why boundary-setting feels so hard — and learning how to heal from the inside out.

Through a blend of psychological education, compassionate self-reflection, and actionable communication strategies, you'll discover how to say "no" without guilt, honor your own needs, and reset your life around what truly matters to you.

In Boundaries Reset, we explore powerful topics like:

  • The connection between trauma, nervous system responses, and boundary struggles

  • How shame and guilt hijack our ability to advocate for ourselves

  • The difference in types of boundaries

  • Practical scripts for setting boundaries with clarity and compassion

  • How to recognize and navigate pushback like guilt trips, manipulation, and passive-aggressiveness

  • Building resilience, self-compassion, and emotional regulation for long-term change

My approach is deeply trauma-informed, grounded in respect for your pace, your history, and your voice. You’ll never be pushed to set boundaries in ways that feel unsafe — instead, you'll be supported, by me and our shared community, to listen to your own inner wisdom, step by step.

You deserve relationships that respect your voice.

You deserve a life that reflects your values — not just your obligations.

You deserve freedom.

If you’re ready to move from guilt to empowerment, from fear to freedom, I invite you to explore Boundaries Reset.

This is your reset. And I’m honored to walk alongside you.
