You’re exhausted from constantly putting others first…

  • …and still somehow feel like it’s never enough.

  • You smile, agree, offer help—while something inside you whispers:
“I don’t want to do this.”

  • But saying no feels wrong. Unkind. Scary.
So you keep saying yes. And then you feel resentful, depleted, and invisible.

  •
  • If this hits home—you’re not alone.

👉 Yes—this is me

In this free class, you'll learn:

✔️Why your nervous system interprets boundary-setting as danger (and how to work with it—not against it)

✔️ The hidden link between people-pleasing and trauma responses like fawning and self-abandonment

✔️ A simple, powerful 3-step framework to start honoring your needs—without guilt or fear

✔️ How to stop overexplaining, apologizing, and twisting yourself into knots just to keep the peace

This isn’t about becoming selfish. It’s about aligning your words with your feelings.

🎯 This free training is for you if…

✔️You struggle to say no without guilt

✔️You often replay conversations in your head, wondering if you were “too much”

✔️You feel responsible for other people’s feelings

✔️You’re tired of being the “go-to” person who never gets to rest

✔️You want to set boundaries without losing relationships—or yourself

Send it My Way! I'm Ready!

Meet your Host:

Mary Eldridge, LISW, LCSW!

✔️I'm a Licensed Trauma Therapist with 15 years of experience

✔️ As a trauma therapist and boundaries coach, I help women unlearn the guilt, fear, and self-abandonment that keep them stuck in cycles of overgiving.

✔️ This webinar is drawn from my signature program, People-Pleasing Detox: 21 Days to Reclaiming Your Voice.

✔️If you've ever felt silenced by your own politeness—this is where that changes.

✔️ Your healing is my blessing, and I'm here to support you in challenging the internalized messages that make you relinquish your needs

Hi, I'm Mary Eldridge!

I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and I moved to the USA back in 2008. Ever since High School, I have known that my calling was to help people and I'm passionate about supporting others in their journey to healing. Currently, I'm a Licensed Trauma Therapist and I have worked with survivors of interpersonal violence, first responders and healthcare workers throughout my career.

Every person I have worked with has honored me with the trust of being a small part of their journey. I carry that honor as a guiding light for my practice and what I do.

To me, there's nothing better than getting to see the transformation, hopefulness and healing that comes with people trusting themselves and expressing their needs. By doing this, they have been able to experience restorative relationships where they feel seen, heard and appreciated. This would have been impossible otherwise because as Brené Brown says...

"Our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance."

I would be honored to be part of your journey too and grateful to walk with you to reclaiming your self, your needs and your voice!
