I’m Mary Eldridge, LISW, LCSW, therapist-turned-coach and your no-nonsense guide out of toxic job survival mode.
I spent years in the therapy chair helping women untangle shame, trauma, and people-pleasing. And what I kept seeing? Brilliant, high-achieving women blaming themselves for systems that were chewing them up and spitting them out.
So I took everything I learned as a trauma therapist (nervous system science, EMDR-informed strategies, polyvagal hacks) and built a coaching approach that helps you stop overfunctioning, set boundaries that actually stick, and reclaim the pay + recognition you’ve already earned.
